This month, happened exactly the same. Our stock portfolio went down a bit. However, most of the downtrend this month happened from the drop in BTC and ETH this month (BTC was down from ~47K to ~38K).I used the ETH downtrend to exchange my GPB I had with Nexo into more ETH. I do get to collect interest on my crypto coins while they sit and wait. So very happy about that.Nexo has membership tiers depends on the percentage of your Nexo coin compared to the rest of your coins portfolio. As for me it’s over 10% , this means that up to an LTV of 20% , I can get a loan with 0% APR . That essentially means free money to be reinvested! It can certainly help when I buy my next niche website. What I did this month, is bidding on another website I was interested in. I did not win the website. However, I used this loan to being able to put an offer and have the down payment ready. My LTV, when higher than 20%, so I do pay 6.9% yearly on this. I plan to repay some of the money in the next few weeks, to save the interest.DIGITAL ASSETSBTW, One of my content websites is still for sale (for $6000, if you are interested)I prefer to focus more on larger websites. And on the lookout for 1-2 other sites. Also, looking at being a passive investor in a portfolio of content websites. However, so far it didn’t make any business sense. The structured I managed to find so far were US LLC. As a foreign investor I have a withholding tax of 37% . It just not worth it.I also looking at different websites to acquire. Was in discussions with 3 this month, but non of them materialized.I gave one offer, as I mentioned. I couldn’t get the offer higher as it was at the top of my budget. I also thought paying more was too risky. I gave an offer close to 30K USD . As far as I know the website was sold at around 37K.PUBLIC SPEAKINGI’ll be speaking at Bansko Nomad Fest this summer about: “How your finances can create the perfect finance-life balance for remote workers?”If you intend to join I have a 10% discount code for you.
